Amadeus Hotels / Scoop and Spoon
An app designed to work with all three Amadeus hotels, the idea was not to create another booking app, but to create a more powerful hotel app. The app helps to manage the room, hotel services such as: restaurant, taxi request or access to hotel news.
While working for Scoop and Spoon, I was the lead UX and visual designer on this project. Hotel Goldgasse, Stein and Amadeus are all listed in the app, each presented in a clear easy way.
The main goal was to get as many bookings and leads from the app as possible. Creating a clear user journey was crucial.
User flow, done after card testing to help user get all information as fast as possible, and give them easy access to book their stay.

Screen accessed by clicking the door icon, depending on hotel location shows: weather, map with sites to visit and a dependable on a hotel room, list of room services.
Middle screen: shows what happens when a user who is not a guest clicks on a door icon. Left screen: order status with the ability to check out and pay. Right screen: room overview
